A LITTLE ROOM TO PAUSE
You don’t have to hold every detail in your head.
Perhaps your sleep, energy, or concentration feels different. Perhaps you’re thinking about a change in work, relationships, or everyday life. These tools give you somewhere to collect your thoughts and decide what you want to ask or do next.
Give yourself room to pause—and clarity for your next decision.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
A few clear answers.
Do I need an account or subscription?
No. Download the tools and open them in your browser. The purchase is a one-time payment.
Can I use the tools without internet?
Yes. The two HTML tools contain their own code, fonts, and brand artwork. They work offline after download with JavaScript enabled. Following the optional website links requires internet.
Where are my entries saved?
The tools use your browser and files you save yourself. Entries are not sent to A Phoenix Rising. Browser storage can be cleared or unavailable, so export backups regularly. Keep sensitive files on a device you trust.
Will they tell me whether I have ADHD or a menopause-related condition?
No. They do not diagnose, explain a symptom’s cause, or provide treatment. The journal can help you organize your observations and questions for an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
Can I open them on a phone?
The layouts adapt to smaller screens, but opening downloaded HTML files varies by device and app. A current desktop or laptop browser is recommended for reliable access and file saving.
Do the tools automatically sync?
No. To move information, use the tool’s file-saving and importing options where available. Your journal and plan are separate files and do not automatically share entries.
